Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return & Refund Policy:

At Punjab Print Plus, we aim to deliver a satisfying experience with every order. However, since most of our products are custom-made and printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns.

  • Refunds are only applicable in certain cases such as:
    • If your order was cancelled before processing (see Cancellation Policy below).
    • If you received a defective or incorrect product and it is verified by our team.
  • The refund process begins 3 hours after your cancellation request is received.
  • The refund amount may take up to 5 working days to reflect in your account. Please wait until the end of the 5th working day before requesting an update. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
  • If the refund is issued to your credit card, your card provider may require additional time to reflect the amount in your statement. You can check your latest credit card statement, as the refund is typically listed under the ‘Unbilled Transactions’ section. If this section is not visible, please contact your card provider for further confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure fast delivery, Punjab Print Plus begins processing and printing orders on the same day they are placed. Therefore, cancellations are only possible under specific conditions:

  • If your order has not yet entered processing, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • If no payment is received, the order will be automatically cancelled, and you will be notified via email.
