Delivery and Shipping Policy

1. Ordering and Email Confirmation

When you place an order on the Punjab Print Plus website, your items will be shipped to the delivery address you select at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

2. Courier Delivery

Deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partner, Shiprocket. Orders are delivered on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

If you are usually unavailable at home during the week, we recommend providing your office address for delivery.

  • You may be required to sign and present a valid ID upon delivery.
  • If you are unavailable, Shiprocket will attempt delivery 1–2 more times.
  • If delivery still fails, they will contact you to either:
    • Reschedule the delivery, or
    • Arrange a self-pickup from the nearest courier facility.

Please Note: As most of our products are customised and non-customised, we are unable to offer refunds for undelivered packages due to incorrect address or customer unavailability. Customised products cannot be resold.

3. Tracking Your Order

To check your order status, simply log in to your ‘My Account’ section on our website and view your order details.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery: 5 to 12 business days
  • May vary based on your location.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
  • Estimated delivery: 10 to 24 business days
  • May vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping charges are a flat fee + GST for domestic orders, and a flat fee for international orders (excluding any applicable customs duties or import taxes). Once you fill in your shipping address, the applicable shipping charges will be added and clearly shown on the checkout page before you place your order.

6. Our Liability

Punjab Print Plus is committed to fulfilling your orders within:

  • 5 to 12 business days for domestic orders
  • 10 to 24 business days for international orders

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Natural disasters, weather issues, strikes
  • Third-party courier disruptions or customs delays

Once your order has been delivered, risk and responsibility transfer to you.
We are not liable for any loss or damage to the products after delivery has been completed.
