If there’s a disagreement between this Delivery Policy and the Online Terms and Conditions, the Online Terms and Conditions will take precedence and will be used for all products sold on the Punjab Print Plus website.
Information about how we deliver your orders
Ordering Online and Receiving an Email Confirmation
When you buy items on the Punjab Print Plus website, we’ll send them to the address you pick when you order online. Once we send out your order, we’ll email you to confirm it.
Courier Delivery
Our trusted courier partner, Shiprocket, will handle your deliveries for Punjab Print Plus. They’ll deliver your orders on weekdays between 10 AM and 8 PM, but not on weekends or holidays. If you’re usually not at home during the week, it’s a good idea to use your office address for delivery.
When your order arrives, you might need to sign for it and show a valid ID. If you’re not there to receive it, Shiprocket will try delivering one or two more times to the address you gave during the online order. If that doesn’t work, they’ll get in touch to figure out the next steps, like arranging another delivery attempt or having you pick up your order from them.
Please note, we sell customized products, so if your order can’t be delivered for the reasons mentioned above, we won’t be able to issue a refund because these items are unique and can’t be resold.

To find out how your order is doing, just go to ‘My Account’ and check your order status there.
Delivery Schedule
Domestic Shipping: For orders within India, delivery typically ranges from 6 to 20 business days, depending on the destination. We strive to meet these time frames, but please be aware that unexpected factors may occasionally cause delays. Tracking information will be provided so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
International Shipping: For international orders, delivery is generally between 10 to 24 business days, based on the destination country. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and other external factors. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track its progress.
Prices
We charge a delivery fee based on how heavy the products you order are. Sometimes, if your delivery address is really far away, we might ask for an extra fee when you order online. If you don’t want to pay this extra fee, you can choose to cancel your order.
Calculating Delivery Cost
You can easily discover your delivery charges by typing in your delivery address on the Punjab Print Plus website’s checkout page. The website will automatically figure out the delivery fees for you.
Our Liability
Punjab Print Plus is dedicated to delivering your ordered items within 6 to 20 business days for domestic orders and 10 to 24 business days for international orders. Please note that we are not responsible for any mistakes in your order or delivery if caused by incorrect information provided by you. We strive to meet these delivery times, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as bad weather, strikes, or issues with third-party services. In such cases, we will not be liable for any losses or costs that might result.
Once we hand over the products to you, any associated risks are your responsibility. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the products after they have been received.
