Refund Policy
At Punjab Print Plus, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. As most of our items are made-to-order and printed specifically upon request, returns are generally not accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
All customized and made-to-order products cannot be returned once processed, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or an incorrect item delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- The item must remain unused and in its original condition.
- Clear photographs or video evidence must be shared for verification.
- After review and approval by our team, an appropriate resolution (replacement or refund) will be provided.
Failure to notify within 24 hours may result in the claim being declined.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Order cancelled within the allowed cancellation window.
- Verified defective or incorrect product.
- Order cancelled before entering processing stage.
Refunds are processed only after internal verification and approval.
Refund Processing Time
Domestic Orders (India):
- Refund is initiated within 2 hours after approval.
- The amount may take up to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
- Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
International Orders:
- Refund is initiated after approval.
- The amount may take 7–14 working days to reflect, depending on international banking timelines and currency conversion processes.
- Additional delay may occur due to foreign bank policies.
All refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
For credit card refunds, the amount may appear under “Unbilled Transactions.” If not visible, please contact your card provider.
Cancellation Policy
To maintain fast turnaround times, order processing begins shortly after confirmation.
Customized Orders
- Customized orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
- Once production begins, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.
Non-Customized Orders
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
- If the order has not entered processing, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
How to Request Cancellation
You can:
- Email us at care@punjabprintplus.com with your order details, OR
- Log into your account → Go to “Orders” → Select the order → Submit cancellation request.
Unpaid Orders
If payment is not received, the order will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
