At Punjab Print Plus, we work hard to make your online shopping great. Since we customize the products just for you, we can’t accept returns. But if you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to assist you.

Cancellation Policy:
To speed up your delivery, we aim to print orders on the same day they’re placed. If we haven’t started processing your order yet, we can cancel it and issue a refund. Just contact our customer support team to cancel your order. We’ll refund you to your original payment method right away. However, please keep in mind that we can only cancel orders if they meet the conditions listed below:
- You have the option to cancel your orders within 12 hours of placing them. Please send an email to care@punjabprintplus.com right away if you wish to cancel.
- If we don’t receive payment for your order, Punjab Print Plus will cancel it automatically. You’ll get an email notification when we do.
