All orders are shipped through Shiprocket’s trusted courier network.

- Domestic orders: A flat shipping fee + GST is applied.
- International orders: A flat shipping fee is applied (excluding customs duties or import taxes).

5. Our Responsibility & Liability
Punjab Print Plus aims to deliver orders within:
- 5 to 12 business days (Domestic)
- 10 to 24 business days (International)
However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Natural disasters, weather disruptions, strikes, or unforeseen events
- Third-party courier delays

Once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided address, the risk and responsibility for the products transfer to the customer. Punjab Print Plus is not liable for any loss or damage after delivery has been completed.
